Pro, paid once. It is a limited offer for the people who back Cockpit early, and the price goes up as places are taken or time passes, whichever comes first:

At most 1000 lifetime plans will ever be sold, and none after the first year. A lifetime plan covers the version you have now and the next three major versions (a major version is one where the first number changes; for example, from version 2 you get 4, 6 and 8). After those, you keep the last one you were entitled to, for free, for life. A newer major version needs a paid plan, and if you stop paying, you go on using the last version you were entitled to. The extras that need our servers (premium packs, early builds, priority updates, support) end with the third version. Everywhere is not included, because it has a running cost; it stays $5 a month.
Students and teachers, non-profits and charities, and people in countries where these prices are hard to afford can get 50% off any paid plan. Each is checked by hand before a code is sent, and renewed once a year.
Everything that runs on your own computer. If it needs no server of ours, it is free.
You can cancel any time, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. We do not give refunds, so if you want to try a plan first, choose the monthly one. A lifetime plan is not refundable either.
